Introducing...Linus Young

Linus Young have an intense and equal affection for heavy drums, guitar tones that skew from lush to blistering, and harmonies with a take-your-breath-away beauty. Introduced to each other by longtime Frank Ocean creative partner/producer Malay, Belson (a New Jersey-bred girl raised on Van Halen) and Walker (a Louisiana native who previously played guitar in Ocean’s band) first started making music together in early 2013. By that summer they’d generated serious buzz with their sultry and slow-burning premiere single “City of Sin,” and in the fall headed out on tour with The1975 in the midst of dreaming up their full-length debut for Island Records.
