A little backstory. Wayne was trying to sue Quincy Jones III (no relation to that Quincy Jones) over the Carter Documentary. Wayne didn't like the way he was portrayed so he sued. During the deposition — FOR THE LAWSUIT WHICH LIL' WAYNE FILED — this is how he was acting. Refusing to answer questions, threatening the attorney being nonsensical...the list goes on and on. The funniest thing is the end when Wayne threatens the lawyer twice, and when the lawyer asks what it means the second time around, Wayne just says, "I was talking to myself".
