Ryan McDermott (not to be confused with Dylan McDermott) is a new player on the scene and he's signed to Kanye's G.O.O.D. Music imprint. He was featured a while back on the Top One Percenters Mixtape Volume 7, and since then, he's been steadily releasing some hits. The most recent is the above music video, "OVERFLOW", featuring Sabi.
