If you live in NYC, Chicago, San Fran, or any other city with a mass transit system, then you're well aware of the people who get on the busy train, belt their spiel about how they're down on their luck, and ask for anything you can spare. Well, College Humor took that and made it about a guy who's life is going incredibly well right now.
